Existing state government funded mental health and alcohol and other drug services can apply to the fund for:

• minor construction, remodelling and refurbishment works
• equipment, furniture or fitting purchases
• essential infrastructure upgrades such as plant equipment, systems to reduce power and water usage, and information and communications technology.
  
  

The Victorian Government’s Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug Facilities Renewal Fund will be distributed to 39 facilities across Victoria in 2019. Grants were awarded to 14 mental health, and 25 alcohol and other drugs facilities.

Grants are designed to improve facilities so that they meet contemporary standards and deliver the best experience of care for consumers, staff and visitors.
